Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products are final. Once you have gained access to the files, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please review all product information and previews before making a purchase. If you have any issues accessing your digital files, feel free to contact us at support@lendigo.shop.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
All POD items (such as apparel, posters, and accessories) are custom-made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders for digital products are processed instantly and cannot be canceled once payment is completed. POD orders enter production shortly after purchase; we cannot guarantee cancellation unless contacted within 1 hour of purchase.
